Kebabs: Your Choice

All Kebabs are flame char-grilled and served over white rice, lima bean dill rice, or steak rice. Pita bread and Tehina sauce on the side. Choice of soup and salad.

Chicken Kebab. Cubes of tender chicken breast, mushrooms, peppers and onions, char-grilled on a skewer. Marinated in fresh, juicy tomatoes and served over choice of rice.

Steak Kebab. Cubes of tender steak, tomatoes and onions, char-grilled on a skewer and served over choice of rice.

Salmon Steak Kebab. Cubes of char-broiled filet of salmon, with grilled vegetables served over choice of rice.

Honey Mustard Chicken Kebab - Chef's Special. Cubes of tender chicken breast, mushrooms, peppers and onions, char-grilled on a skewer, glazed over with our homemade honey mustard sauce and served over choice of rice.

Lemon Chicken or Garlic Chicken Kebab. Cubes of tender chicken breast, marinated in either fresh lemon sauce or fresh garlic-herb sauce and served over choice of rice.

Terriyaki Beef Kebab - Chef's Special. Cubes of tender steak, tomatoes and onions, char-grilled on a skewer and served over choice of rice.

Salmon Raspberry Mustard Kebab. Cubes of char-broiled filet of salmon with grilled vegetables, glazed with our homemade raspberry honey mustard sauce and served over choice of rice.
